Enhancing health, safety and wellbeing

Lincs Independent Living Partnership (LILP) is a consortium of five local charitable organisations working at the heart of the community to promote independent living.

We collaborate with the public sector, including health, housing and care, to develop services which prevent accident, illness and hospital admission, whilst actively enhancing health, safety and wellbeing. Our services, which include the Wellbeing Service and Hospital Avoidance Response Team (HART), are making a real difference to people’s lives.

Our ground-breaking mode of service delivery and holistic, person-centred services continue to win awards, reflecting the fact that LILP:

  • achieves excellent customer outcomes and satisfaction rates
  • is tried and trusted locally, combining 135 years’ experience
  • is on the spot and always available
  • makes the most of extensive local contacts
  • uses established local resources
  • reinvests any services into the local community
  • boosts the local economy
  • represents socially-responsible procurement

What our customers say

Your Wellbeing Service is absolutely fantastic … I have High Functioning Autism and not one service has understood my needs or my way of thinking, however your service has made a huge difference.”

Wellbeing Service customer

We struck up a rapport with our HART responder immediately; I felt I had known her all my life!  The care was superb and I was rather sad when it finished.”

HART customer

I think it would be hard to improve the service.  I found everyone helpful, friendly and non-judgemental.  I feel so much safer with this equipment (key safe and lifeline) installed in my house.”
