About us

LILP owes its origins to a collaboration between three local organisations on a pilot project to support people after discharge from hospital. This confirmed the effectiveness of third-sector partnership working and led to the formation of LILP in 2013.

Today LILP comprises Age UK Lincoln & South Lincolnshire, Lincolnshire Housing Partnership, LACE Housing, Lincolnshire Home Independence Agency and St Barnabas Hospice: five local charitable organisations bound by a common mission to design and deliver services which facilitate independent living.
